Creating LGBTQ+ supportive policies and inclusive workplaces

Diversity and inclusion in the workplace has been an increasingly relevant topic of discussion as organizations around the world become aware of their lack of community, policies, and strategies that support different genders, ethnicities, religions, disabilities, and sexual orientations. Specially so, the creation and enforcement of policies that support the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ+) community are not only a moral imperative, but may also benefit overall company business performance and of those who are protected.

This Webinar aims to highlight the importance of creating LGBTQ+ supportive and inclusive policies. Diversity and Inclusion experts will touch upon the common challenges and best practices when implementing these policies; corporate experts will touch upon their company path in diversity and inclusion policies in China and share their guidance on a path forward.

The European Chamber is pleased to invite a range of diverse speakers from various backgrounds and experience in Diversity & Inclusion to share their expertise and insight on the power of diversity. Please join us 22nd July 2020, 4:00pm-5:30pm China time (GMT+8).
